Membership Rebate - FAQ

If you are a member of more then one PWGA affiliated Golf club, you paid PWGA dues to each of these clubs.   You are entitled to a $16 rebate for each club that is NOT your home club.

To get your rebate you are responsible for completing and sending in the rebate form

If your Home Club is Santa Teresa the Club Number # is 28-106-03
